Director of Fish Fisheries

Doctor in Biology specialized in fisheries biology. As a researcher, she has dealt with the biological aspects of demersal fish species. She led the Southern and Subantarctic Demersal Fish Fisheries Program for more than 15 years, contributing as an assessment scientist at the same time. She has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate theses as well as participated in the evaluation of bachelor’s and master’s theses.

Since April 2019 she has been working as Fisheries of fish Director. Currently, she also participates in technical groups at the Joint Technical Commission of the Maritime Front (CTMFM, Argentina-Uruguay) and the Scientific Cooperation Agreement between INIDEP and IFOP (Chile)
