Policy officer

Edoardo is a policy officer in the Directorate General Research and Innovation of the European Commission, Unit Healthy Ocean and Seas. He has a diverse experience in ocean-related issues, having worked at the World Bank (Transport and Climate change), in the Directorate General Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE) at the European Commission, and in the Italian Maritime Administration. He graduated from the Italian Naval Academy with a Master in Maritime Law and Governance and he is currently pursuing his mid-career Master in International Public Policy (Energy, Resources and Environment) at Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
